ArcGIS Pro 1.4

ArcGIS Pro 1.4 was released last week and hopefully some of you have already had a look at the new features. ArcGIS Pro now covers the workflows I typically use and my days of dipping back into ArcMap may be over. It also brings lots of new capabilities and options to the desktop user.

Looking forward to ArcGIS Pro

I realised today that I am now favouring ArcGIS Pro over ArcMap for desktop GIS tasks such as creating and editing data. As the release approaches there are an increasing range of resources available to help you get to grips with it, if you haven't already.

Getting your hands on ArcGIS Pro

The pre-release version of ArcGIS Pro is now available on My Esri. I was up and running in less than an hour and have pulled together the information you'll need.

Announcing the ArcGIS Pro beta program

ArcGIS Pro is the latest addition to the ArcGIS for Desktop product family. It is a new application and is due for release later this year as part of ArcGIS 10.3. Esri UK would like to invite our current ArcGIS for Desktop customers to download ArcGIS Pro and participate in its beta program.
